We are checking availability. Please do not book flights or transport. Please allow 24 hours for confirmation.

Confirmed (green)
Your booking is firm whether payment has been made or not.

Arrival Instructions
You must have these before you travel. Your arrival instructions will be available on the website after your reservation is confirmed and any outstanding balance is paid. These can be sent by email or by post on request.

Payments
We will request your card payment details but we will NOT charge your card until a further 24 hours has passed OR you submit your flight details to us unless you advise otherwise. This gives time to book your flights knowing that the accommodation is being held for you.

Cancellation
:
There is no charge for cancelling unconfirmed reservations. For reservations cancelled within 24hrs of confirmation there will be a full refund of all monies paid unless the reservation is marked “No Cancellation”.  If the reservation is marked “No Cancellation”, we will await your flight details or further instruction prior to taking payment. Please refer to our Full Terms and Conditions (below)

It's Natural Full Terms and Conditions Effective 19 September 2014

General:

"It's Natural" act as agents on behalf of holiday accommodation owners and providers. Where "It's Natural" assist clients with the sourcing of flight tickets, car hire, insurance and other related products and services, any contract made is between the client and the supplier of that service. "It's Natural" carefully screen all accommodation to ensure that all details provided are correct but "It's Natural" cannot be held responsible for any changes to accommodation from that advertised. "It's Natural" cannot guarantee to fulfil specific requests, such as fixtures, fittings, air-conditioning units, and location or aspect preferences, whether the request has been confirmed or not. If "It's Natural" are unable to fulfil specific requests, any refund amount made will not exceed the amount which was charged for that specific request. You agree to hold "It's Natural" harmless for any subsequent loss, which may arise as a consequence of your reservation, or for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the reservation period.

Reservations:

To confirm a reservation "It's Natural" require a reservation request and a deposit payment of at least 30% of the total reservation price. "It's Natural" will issue confirmation online, by email or by post on request. Should there be any discrepancy or error, you must notify "It's Natural" immediately. "It's Natural" cannot be held responsible for errors, if not notified within 24 hrs of confirmation being issued. On receipt of all outstanding balances. Your Arrival Instructions will be available which you must have before you arrive.

Payments:

Reservations made more than 8 weeks before arrival must have any outstanding balance paid in full by at least 8 weeks before arrival. Reservations made less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid for in full within 24 hrs of confirmation issue or otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.

Additional Charges:

For bank transfers, you are responsible for all your own banks charges. Should any outstanding balance remain unpaid 8 weeks before arrival "It's Natural" reserve the right to cancel your reservation or charge an additional 10% of the balance outstanding. "It's Natural" reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or repair charges if extra cleaning is needed when you leave the accommodation, or if there is any damage to the accommodation or contents, or any loss of property.

Cancellation:

Reservations made 8 weeks or more before arrival that are cancelled within 24hrs of confirmation issue may be cancelled with a full refund of all monies paid unless the reservation is marked “No Cancellation”. There will be no refunds payable for reservations marked “No Cancellation”. In cases of reservations marked “No Cancellation”, we will await your flight details or further instruction, prior to us taking any payment. The cost of cancellation is set out in the table "Timescales for deposit payments and cancellation refunds". "It's Natural" recommend clients insure this liability by way of their travel insurance. Should there be any outstanding balance at 8 weeks before the arrival date "It's Natural" reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Any changes that you wish to make to your reservation may be deemed as a cancellation. Cancellation refunds will not be made within 8 weeks of the start of the reservation period.


Arrivals
We endeavour to make your accommodation available to you to coincide with the times of your flights and transfers. We reserve the right to not allow you access to your accommodation until 16.00 on the day of arrival and check-in must be before 21.00 that day unless by prior arrangement.

Departure

You must vacate your accommodation by 10 am on the day of departure. We will extend this time on request but subject to our sole discretion. If it is important that you stay in your accommodation longer than this, we ask you to book an extra night.


Your responsibility:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received full access details for your accommodation from us, prior to travel or arriving at your accommodation. There may be important information relating to how to gain access to your accommodation and who to contact locally. If you cannot gain access to your accommodation because you do not have this information "It's Natural" will not be held responsible and no refunds will be made as a result. You agree to take reasonable care of the property and its contents and to report any breakages or damages to your resort host, the owner or their representative, before the end of the reservation period. You agree to leave the accommodation clean and tidy at the end of the reservation period and agree to pay for additional cleaning or repair costs, if requested, on demand. You are also responsible for ensuring that all other persons accomanying you agree to these terms and conditions.


Additional Security deposit:

"It's Natural" reserve the right to charge a security deposit of 100 euros (or similar amounts in other local currency) which must be paid locally at the start of the reservation period. The full amount will be refunded at the end of the reservation period, less any additional cleaning or repair or loss of keys or property.

Behaviour:

You agree to abide by local rules. In our resorts, swimwear is not normally allowed in wet areas such as in pools and clothing may be required in certain areas. You agree to make all members of your party aware of this. Any behaviour by you, or any member of your party, that your resort host, the owner, their representative or "It's Natural" deem to be dangerous, offensive, or likely to cause distress or annoyance to any other party, may result in you being asked to leave the accommodation and the complex. If asked to leave, you and all members of your party, agree to do so forthwith, without refund or compensation.

Complaints:

Should you have a valid complaint about the accommodation, this should be reported in the first instance to your resort host, the owner or their representative. If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, you should contact "It's Natural" Tel: 0044 1354 661511 during published office hours (Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm) or by email and "It's Natural" will try to resolve the matter on your behalf. Should the complaint still remain unresolved, you should put the complaint in writing to "It's Natural" PO Box 66, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 8XP within 7 days of the end of the reservation period. Complaints will not be considered if they were not raised with your resort host, the owner or their representative and "It's Natural" during the reservation period.
